Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer domestic shipping for all orders placed and delivered within South Africa. International customers are welcome to arrange collection from our warehouse.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Orders received by 12:00 PM will be processed immediately upon payment confirmation.
In-stock items paid via credit card before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
In-stock items paid via credit card after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
In-stock items paid via Immediate EFT and reflecting before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
In-stock items paid via Immediate EFT and reflecting after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Out-of-stock items will ship within 7–10 business days.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed and collected by our couriers on the next business day.
Order Processing & Delivery
Goods in your cart are not reserved until payment is received in full via credit card or EFT.
All orders are shipped using standard road economy service, which typically takes 3 – 5 business days.
Orders can only be shipped to a physical address—no P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Costs & Insurance
Free delivery for orders over R5000 excluding VAT
All orders are shipped without shipping insurance. This is recommended. The insurance cost will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number and link to track your parcel online.
