Refund & Returns

Overview
Thank you for your support! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy allows you to return your item within 30 days of the invoice date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.

If the product you received was incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately.

Refunds

If you received your product as ordered but have changed your mind, to be eligible for a refund the item must:
– Be unused
– Be in its original condition
– Be returned in the original packaging
– Include all tags, labels, and accessories
– A proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Inspection & approval
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Payment methods & processing
Where payment was made via PayFast / PayGate, including (but not limited to):
Credit or debit card payments
Apple Pay
Payments made via secure invoice payment links
Any other PayFast-supported payment method

Refunds will only be processed once the original payment has fully cleared through PayFast, which typically takes 24–48 hours, but may vary depending on the payment method used. Approved refunds will be processed via EFT within 5–7 business days after clearance and receipt of valid banking details.

Payment gateway fees
Please note:
PayFast processing and transaction fees are non-refundable Fees differ depending on the payment method used (e.g. card, Apple Pay, or other PayFast options) Any PayFast fees charged in relation to the original transaction will be deducted from the refund amount

Important notes
Refunds apply only to approved, eligible returns Delivery or courier charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

This policy does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, unsafe, or non-compliant goods

Please note:
•Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
•Special orders are not eligible for credit or refunds. Sale items are non-
refundable but eligible for store credit.

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if the incorrect product was received or if the product is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product maybe a different size or colour, please email us and send the item to the address provided in our reply.

The following are not considered defects or damage:
Daily wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling or cleaned against the label instructions.

Shipping returns
If you changed your mind on your purchase, you are responsible for returning the product to our facility. Once the product/s has been inspected and qualifies for a refund, the original shipping costs will not be credited.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and adding shipping insurance for high value items as we cannot guarantee that we will receive items you return.
If you receive the incorrect products or damaged products, your order will be replaced. We will arrange for the collection of the products. Once inspected and it qualifies for a replacement, we will resend your order to you at no cost.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location and availability.
